Capabilities

Correspondence you can trace from intake to archive

When letters are registered by hand and resolutions are passed on verbally, it is hard to tell who is working on which document and when the deadline is. Finding an old document in the folders takes time.

The system keeps the log of incoming and outgoing correspondence, resolutions and tasks with deadlines, a scanned archive with search, and access rights. We show it to you in a demo with scenarios from your organisation, configure it around your processes and take over its support after go-live.

Business benefits

Why choose infoService

A ready product that we configure around your organisation, and a team that stays with you after go-live.

  • Fast start

You start with a working product rather than development from scratch — what remains is configuring it to your processes.

  • Controlled access

Access rights define who sees which documents, and signing is done with an e-signature.

  • Deadlines under control

Every resolution becomes a task with a deadline and an owner, visible to everyone involved.

  • Fast archive search

Scanned documents are kept in the archive and found by search, not by digging through folders.

  • One team all the way

The demo, the rollout and the support come from the same team — no hand-offs between providers.

  • Traceability

For every document you can see when it was registered, what the resolution is and how far the work on it has progressed.

Frequently asked questions

Cannot find an answer? Write to us — we reply within the business day.

How long does the rollout take?

It depends on scope — how many logs and processes we configure and whether there are documents to migrate. After the analysis you get a proposal with the stages and a timeline for each, before any work starts.

How is the price formed?

It depends on the scope of the configuration and the support you choose. After the demo and the analysis you get a concrete proposal.

What happens after go-live?

We take over support of the system under an agreed SLA — monitoring, updates and incident response. When your processes change, we extend the system with them.

Can we move the documents from our current system?

During the analysis we review what documents and data you have and in what format. The proposal describes what can be migrated and how.
